System 7 - Fully Integrated In-Line Inkjet System
Mail Right, Inc. is proud to announce the release of the System 7, fully integrated inkjet production system. All in-line components electronically interface with each other, making high-volume production easier with less hands involved. The feeder speed is controlled by the inkjet, which puts more pieces on the inkjet at one time by minimizing the gap between pieces. All components (feeder, inkjet, dryer, conveyor) are started and stopped at the same time, causing less downtime for set-up and jam recovery. Tray and package breaks can trigger the feeder for a timed pause, or it can trigger the conveyor to momentarily speed up to allow an obvious piece separation. When doing political mailings, high volume flats or carrier routes, this system will give you the needed control for speed and quality.
